How do I create an account?

Download Tynee from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Sign Up". Enter your email address and create a password. You'll then be guided to add your first child's information.

Can I track multiple children?

Yes! You can add multiple children to your account. Go to Settings and tap "Add Another Child" to add additional children. You can switch between children using the child selector on the home screen.

How do I change my country setting?

Go to Settings and look for the "Country" option. Tap to change between India and United States. This affects the vaccination schedule displayed and the measurement units (kg/cm vs lb/in).

Are the vaccination schedules accurate?

Our vaccination schedules are based on official government guidelines: the National Immunization Schedule (NIS) for India and CDC ACIP recommendations for the USA. However, always consult your pediatrician as schedules may vary based on your child's individual needs.

How are growth percentiles calculated?

We use WHO Child Growth Standards (2006), which are recommended by both the CDC and Indian Academy of Pediatrics for children 0-5 years. Percentiles show how your child compares to a reference population, but remember that every child grows differently. Consult your pediatrician with any concerns.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase, a trusted cloud platform with enterprise-grade security. Each user can only access their own data through row-level security. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I export my data?

We're working on adding a data export feature in a future update. In the meantime, if you need a copy of your data, please contact us at support@happyloop.pro and we'll help you.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom to find the "Delete Account" option. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. You can also contact us to request account deletion.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Make sure notifications are enabled for Tynee in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Tynee > Notifications. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Tynee > Notifications. Also check that you haven't enabled "Do Not Disturb" mode on your device.

The app is crashing or not working properly

Try these steps: (1) Make sure you have the latest version of the app, (2) Force close and reopen the app, (3) Restart your device, (4) Check your internet connection. If the problem persists, please contact us with details about your device and what you were doing when the issue occurred.
